We’re growing fast, and now we’re looking for a talented Webflow Developer to join our team and help us bring ideas to life on the web.
What will you be doing?
- Building high-quality websites in Webflow – Turning Figma designs into responsive, polished, and performance-optimized sites.
- Implementing animations and interactions – Using Webflow’s native tools (and sometimes custom code) to create smooth, engaging user experiences.
- Collaborating with designers and strategists – Working closely with our design and brand teams to translate creative ideas into functional builds.
- Optimizing for SEO and performance – Ensuring fast load times, clean structure, and SEO-friendly setups.
- Maintaining and updating projects – Helping clients with tweaks, CMS updates, and new feature requests.
- Working on diverse projects – From local brands to international startups, no two builds will ever be the same.
What are we looking for?
- 1–3 years of experience building websites in Webflow.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for custom embeds and interactions).
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and CMS structure.
- Strong attention to detail, you care about how things look and how they work.
- English proficiency – you’ll communicate with both local and international teammates.
- A creative problem solver who enjoys figuring things out independently.
- Team player – someone who collaborates easily with designers, PMs, and marketers.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Slack, and ClickUp (or similar project management tools).
Nice to have:
- Experience working with GSAP, custom animations, or Finsweet Attributes.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and Webflow site optimization.
- Curiosity to learn beyond Webflow — JS frameworks, automation tools, or integrations.
