134 Agency is hiring a Marketing Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Develop high-level strategies, campaigns, and messaging, thoughtfully layered and purposeful
• Create smart, scroll-stopping social media concepts people actually want to follow
• Work within a creative team including graphic and web designers, as well as photo and video production
• Oversee content quality and ensure alignment with brand identity
• Plan content that drives results, not just a visually appealing feed
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize strategy based on data
• Communicate with clients, customer experience is a top priority
• Occasionally work on-site with clients, coordinating and preparing shoot days

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media (but if your portfolio is strong, feel free to apply even if you're newer)
• Ability to see the bigger picture of a brand, with an innovative approach to vision and execution
• Understanding of algorithms, especially on Instagram and TikTok
• Creativity, trend awareness, and standout ideas
• Ability to turn analytics and data into actionable insights, with team support
• Strong time management and task organization
