134 Agency is Looking for a Graphic Designer.

If design isn’t “just a job” to you, but a way to express story, emotion, and identity, you might be our next designer.

What you’ll do

• Create brand identities from scratch (logos, color, typography, brand book).
• Contribute to art direction for photography, video, and campaigns.
• Design for multiple platforms: websites, social, blogs, ads.
• Prepare print assets (flyers, packaging, posters, branded materials).
• Apply typography, composition, and color with meaning and emotion.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and the content team.
• Help shape each brand’s visual direction.

What we expect

• 4+ years in graphic design, with a focus on visual identities.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Strong in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Comfortable in Figma.
• Proven work in identities and brand books; packaging design experience.
• Solid grasp of typography, color, UX logic, and composition.
• After Effects is a big plus (animations, micro-interactions, video edits).
• Experience preparing files for print.
• High attention to detail, precision, and visual consistency.
• Team player, open to feedback, great at collaboration.
• Able to run multiple projects in parallel without losing quality.
• You keep up with design and digital trends.
• You aim for design with character, depth, and a story.
